I am a certified fitness trainer, athlete, and personal boxing coach. My mission is to help people overcome their physical and mental limitations and become the best version of themselves. In 2004, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, treated with an insulin pen, and since 2022, I have switched to insulin pump therapy. Yet, my physical performance can be equal to that of healthy, powerful, active athletes. I have participated in many endurance competitions around Europe and have more than twenty years of experience in the fitness and boxing industry. I combine proven training methods with the latest science to create training plans that really bring results. I am here to help you achieve your goals. Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of boxing techniques
- Boxing equipment (boxing bag, gloves, speed bag, double-end bag, pads, jumping rope)
